Niklas Follin

Niklas Follin is specialised in IT/Tech and data protection and assists Swedish and international companies broad range of issues within the FinTech area.

He works regularly with both large companies and start-ups regarding inter alia outsourcing, procurement and contract negotiations for IT services, FinTech platform agreements, technology transfers and licensing, data protection and personal data issues, cybersecurity and information security issues.

Niklas Follin has extensive experience in the FinTech field from working with inter alia IT-suppliers, banks, fintech companies, government organisations and authorities and other actors on the financial and financial services markets, both in domestic and cross border matters.

Niklas Follin has extensive experience in the FinTech field from working with several of the major players active on or originating from the Swedish market and has led several major projects regarding data protection and regulatory IT-requirements in the financial field, bank-FinTech partnerships and IT services agreements for key financial infrastructure.
