Nicolai Vella Falzon is Managing Partner at Fenech & Fenech Advocates, heading the Commercial & Corporate Law Department of the Firm.

Nicolai has practised law for the past 26 years primarily M&A in commercial and corporate advisory, corporate restructuring, insolvency and aviation law. In regard to the latter, he contributes to some international publications, notably Aircraft Finance - Registration, Security and Enforcement (Longman) and Aircraft Liens and Detention Rights (Sweet & Maxwell). He is also actively involved in commercial and corporate litigation leading cases before the courts of Malta and in arbitration on an ongoing basis. Nicolai is a member of the International Bar Association and the Malta Chamber of Advocates amongst others. He is a visiting lecturer and examiner within the Commercial Law Department of the Faculty of Law at the University of Malta.
