Niclas has been a partner at Gernandt & Danielsson since 2005 and is heading the firm's practice group specialists. He has over 20 years' experience advising clients offering financial services and his qualifications in this area is regularly confirmed in independent national and international rankings. The clients include entities in the banking and insurance sector, the asset management sector, e-money and payment institutions and different operators within the FinTech sector. Niclas also has extensive experience of advising investors in alternative investment funds and establishment of alternative investment funds. He also has substantial experience in negotiating international master agreements for OTC transactions, such as ISDA, GMRA and GMSLA.
