Nick Simpson is a partner and the regional head of corporate, and hospitality and leisure for Dentons Middle East. He is based in Dentons' Dubai office and was previously the managing partner of the Firm's Saudi Arabia and Oman offices.
Nick has more than 25 years of experience advising on corporate and commercial transactions through the full range of sectors in the MENA region, including company establishment, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and company flotations and offerings.
