He has considerable experience in dealing with complex issues (both contentious and non-contentious) involving combinations of employment rights, discrimination, whistleblowing, share or other ownership-related rights and the rights and obligations of directors, officers and/or partners / LLP members, amongst other things.
Nick joined Kingsley Napley in 2019. Prior to this, Nick was a founding partner of Archon Solicitors Limited, a City-based niche employment law firm and, until 1997 had been at Ashurst LLP.
