Nicholas co-leads our global Investment Funds team and is proud that he has spent his entire professional career at the firm. He has extensive experience advising both fund managers and institutional investors across a broad range of alternative investment funds.

As well as being recognised by both Chambers and Legal 500 as a Leading Individual for real estate and infrastructure funds, Nicholas is also renowned for his work on the launches of private equity and impact investment funds. His experience of fund structuring projects spans both traditional closed-ended and open-ended funds, as well as “hybrid” funds that don’t easily fit into either category, such as funds offering continuous subscriptions but only limited redemptions.
