Nicholas has throughout his career accumulated broad dispute negotiation and litigation experience. He has been involved in several high-profile intellectual property disputes and has successfully argued before the Supreme Court of Norway.

His advanced grasp of the intersection between IP, TMT and corporate law enables him to meet his client’s expectations and needs in an ever more competitive legal landscape. In addition to receiving his professional legal degree from the University of Oslo, he holds the degrees of Master of Laws (LL.M.) and Doctor of Juridical Science (S.J.D.) from the United States, where he wrote about international enforcement of intellectual property rights.
