Nicholas Curmi heads Ganado Advocates’ capital markets practice, where he advises on a broad range of securities regulation and structured finance matters, including private placements, public offerings, and the listing of both equity and debt securities.
Nicholas regularly advises on public M&A transactions as well as the establishment of securitisation structures, representing originators, arrangers, and investors in securitisation transactions across a variety of asset classes.
