Lawyer Nguyen Ngoc Minh is the Deputy Director of Dzungsrt & Associates LLC. Mr. Minh is leading a team of six members specializing in international dispute resolution by Arbitration, Litigation and ADR.
Mr. Minh has represented clients in arbitrations at the Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC), International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC). Besides, Mr. also acted in various cases before Vietnam Courts.
Matters in which Mr. Minh has acted are oftentimes high-profile, covering a wide range of legal and factual questions. Many of his cases are also first-of-their-kind in Vietnam.
Mr. Minh’s active practice areas are Oil and Gas, Construction and Real Estates, Corporate and Joint Venture, Shipping and Aviation, Sales of Good and Insurance. Mr. Minh is continuously honored by international rankings such as Legal 500 or Chambers and Partners. Recently, Mr. Minh is recognized as Vietnam Lawyer of the Year and Top 40 under 40 Asia Pacific by Benchmark Litigation 2024.
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Minh reads law at Hanoi Law University, Vietnam (LL.B) and at Monash University, Australia (LL.M). He leads a team of six fee-earners specialising in Commercial Arbitration, Litigation and International Trade.
Minh has represented clients in international arbitrations conducted under the Rules of e.g. the ICC, SIAC and HKIAC to resolve cross-border disputes involving Vietnamese elements. He has also acted in arbitrations at the Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC) and in recognition and enforcement proceedings before the Vietnamese courts.
In addition, Minh regularly advises on issues of Vietnamese insurance law. They cover questions of different legal natures, e.g. coverage, recovery, cancellation of policy and claim allocation, and arise out of diverse types of policies, e.g. hull, cargo, liability, construction and general property. His clients include well-known names, both international and local, in the insurance industry.
