Nelson Guerrero Robles

Nelson’s practice is distinguished by his focus on labor consulting, collective bargaining, dispute resolution, compliance with outsourcing regulations, and the labor and employment aspects of M&A, corporate transactions, and business restructuring.

He has extensive experience advising and representing clients in all stages of complex litigious matters and high-stakes unions conflicts and the implementation of strategies in union conflicts. His recent work before labor authorities has contributed to shaping the evolving collective bargaining landscape under international freedom of association standards.

Nelson represents a wide range of national and international companies across sectors such as energy, mining, retail, technology, insurance and international call centers. His clientele includes Marsh McLennan Companies, Atento México Holdco, Osisko Development, Kering Group, Xerox, PayClip (Clip), Diavaz and Organización Carvajal. Known for his practical approach, responsiveness, and sensitivity to client needs, he is regarded as a trusted advisor who delivers efficient, business-oriented solutions.

Beyond his legal practice, Nelson has been a professor of Collective Labour Law at Universidad Panamericana for several years, contributing to the development of future practitioners in the field.
