Natasha specialises in resolving trust, inheritance and succession disputes, including trustee/beneficiary disputes, executor and trustee removal applications, Will validity disputes, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, and professional negligence claims in the context of estate planning and trust administration. She has a particular interest in the succession and trusteeship of digital assets and cryptocurrencies.
Natasha also advises on Court of Protection matters, including applications for statutory wills, lifetime gifts and the appointment of Deputies, and in relation to contested attorneyships and the financial protection of vulnerable individuals.
Natasha authors the chapter on the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 in The Law Society's Probate Practitioner's Handbook and is a contributing author to Jordan's International Trust and Divorce Litigation.
Natasha started her career in the Bratislava office of a magic circle law firm, before joining Withers in London in 2007. She was promoted to partner in January 2021.
