Natasha Stourton

Practice Areas

Natasha specialises in resolving issues involving inheritance, trusts and estates. She acts for UK and international individuals and corporate beneficiaries, trustees and executors. She has advised in litigation in England, Jersey, Guernsey, Cayman Islands and BVI, amongst other jurisdictions. On the non-contentious front, she uses her litigation experience to stress-test new and existing trust structures.

Natasha also advises on matters involving property and financial affairs in the Court of Protection.

Natasha is a regular speaker at industry conferences on succession and trusteeship matters involving crypto and digital assets. She is also part of the Withers' Crypto and Digital Assets Special Interest Group.

Career

Natasha started her career in the Bratislava office of a magic circle law firm, before joining Withers in London in 2007. She was promoted to partner in January 2021.
