Natasha is a partner who provides clients with smart solutions for their complex insolvency and restructuring challenges. She is a skilled corporate commercial lawyer with wide-ranging litigation experience and regularly leads complex, high-profile restructuring mandates, often with cross-border elements. She advises on a variety of restructurings, insolvency, corporate debtor/creditor rights enforcement, turnarounds, workouts and CCAA/CBCA plans. Clients regularly consult her for strategic advice and risk analysis on deal structuring and lending. She has deep and innovative deal experience in distressed acquisitions and financings. She is a member of the International Insolvency Institute and the Insolvency Institute of Canada. Natasha co-authors a regular column in Rebuilding Success magazine on important insolvency decisions and co-authors Davies Insolvency Now, a biannual report on key trends and developments. She chaired the 2020 and 2021 Annual IIC conference. She is a guest lecturer at Osgoode Hall Law School, the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, Western University Faculty of Law and Schulich School of Law.
