Natasha Gya Williams is the lead Partner at her immigration practice, based in Bristol. She has extensive experience in advising businesses on sponsorship and work permission, and supports individuals to apply under personal and work related routes. Natasha provides strategic advice and training for senior management regarding immigration changes, and the impact on hiring policies as well as right to work regulations. She also delivers bespoke advice regarding EU nationals’ continued right to work and reside in the UK, post Brexit.
Career
Natasha worked internationally with the UN High Commissioner for Refugees in Moscow and London. She then trained at Bindmans LLP, qualifying as a solicitor in 2006. Relocating to the South West, Natasha developed a reputation as a niche immigration practitioner, establishing Gya Williams Immigration in 2014. Natasha holds a degree in Soviet Studies from Carleton University (Ottawa) and a Masters Diploma in Migration studies from Oxford University.

Natasha currently sits on the Law Society’s Immigration Committee, and contributes to the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association’s Economic sub-group.
