Natalie Cambrell

Natalie Cambrell heads KHQ Lawyers’ Superannuation & Financial Services team. She has practised exclusively in the superannuation industry since 1997 and has developed an extensive and loyal client base during her career. She has an enviable reputation for her in-depth knowledge in this highly regulated and complex practice area, and for her clear, commercially astute advice. She is a sought-after speaker and contributor to industry debate and legal newsletters, including speaking at the Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees webinar on the Your Future, Your Super legislation and writing on the proposed new best financial interests duty published in the LexisNexis Australian Superannuation Law Bulletin.

With consolidation in the superannuation industry over recent years, Natalie has worked on a large number of successor fund transfers involving a wide range of issues. Her deep legal expertise, clear communication style and commercial approach is appreciated by her clients.

In addition to her law qualifications, Natalie holds an ASFA Diploma of Superannuation Management, is a member (and past Chair) of the Superannuation Committee of the Law Council of Australia (and former Chair of the Consultations and Submissions sub-committee), and a member of the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia.
