Career

Natalia’s practice focuses on the intersection of complex commercial litigation, construction law, and business law. She brings a distinct combination of trial experience and clerkship insight to the table, backed by her five years as a prosecutor for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts taking more than 50 cases to verdict and a federal clerkship with the Western District of North Carolina. For the past six years, she has leveraged that foundation to advise clients on construction transactions, litigate complex construction disputes, bankruptcy adversary proceedings, and high stakes appeals in state and federal court. Because she understands both front-end project drafting and back-end bankruptcy and court disputes, Natalia can seamlessly protect commercial and construction clients through every phase of a business cycle. Her work in these fields has been recognized by Chambers & Partners, Best Lawyers, and Super Lawyers. Natalia is an advocate for prioritizing mental health and attorney well-being and mental health and has been a member of the board of directors for BarCARES since 2023.
