Natalia Deschamps joined the firm in 2008. She has more than 11 years of experience advising clients in aviation finance transactions involving Mexican airlines, operators and governmental entities, as well as other providers of air transportation services. She has participated in multiple transactions related to the acquisitions, leasing and financing of private and commercial aircraft, helicopters and engines, representing lenders, lessors and owners, in the structure and implementation of guarantee schemes and regulatory work before Mexican authorities. She has also participated in restructurings, insolvency and default situations of Mexican airlines.
As to her banking and finance practice, she has advised domestic and international financial institutions, in domestic and cross-border financial transactions with emphasis in project finance.
She graduated from the Universidad Panamericana (2011), with a specialization degree in Administrative Law (2011), and obtained a Diploma in Aviation from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (2017).
