Nastascha Harduth is a Director in our Dispute Resolution practice and Head of our Corporate Debt, Turnaround & Restructuring sector. She is a ranked lawyer with over 15 years of experience. Her expertise lies in advising boards of directors on their duties and responsibilities, and in complex restructuring and insolvency mandates, especially where balance sheet optimisation through legal processes and cross border considerations are at play. Nastascha has wide ranging experience in corporate and commercial dispute resolution, litigation, and debt recoveries. Her experience extends well beyond the South African jurisdiction.

Nastascha regularly writes for various publications and contributes to the media. She is a member of the South African Restructuring and Insolvency Practitioners Association (SARIPA) and is a fellow of INSOL International, where she is extensively involved. Nastascha is also the inaugural Chair of the (International Women in Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC) Southern Africa Network.
