Nana Yaw Ntrakwah heads the firm’s Litigation practice as well as the firm’s Energy and Natural Resources practice.

A highly respected corporate litigation lawyer, Nana Yaw has represented multinational and local clients in high-stakes disputes, some of which have reached the Supreme Court of Ghana and are reported in the Supreme Court of Ghana Law Reports. His proven track record includes providing comprehensive legal risk assessment and management strategies to help clients mitigate potential challenges before they arise.

He has a wealth of expertise in regulatory compliance, transactional structuring, dispute resolution, and corporate governance across diverse industries, including energy, oil and gas, mining, aviation, banking and finance, technology, maritime, and telecommunications.

On the transactional side, Nana Yaw has extensive experience advising on joint ventures in the upstream oil and gas sector in Ghana, among others.

Beyond his legal practice, Nana Yaw is the founder of The Aveisonian, an enthusiasts’ institute dedicated to promoting knowledge and engagement in aviation, reflecting his passion for the sector.
