Nadia Manzari is the founder of MANZARI Legal, a Luxembourg-based law firm specialising in technology law, financial services, FinTech, AML/CTF, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. With over 20 years of experience in finance, she has played an active role in shaping Luxembourg's payment and FinTech ecosystem.
Before establishing her own firm, she was a partner at a well-known Luxembourg law firm focused on financial technologies. Earlier in her career, she served as the Head of the Innovation, Payments, Markets Infrastructures, and Governance Department at the Luxembourg financial authority, the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF), where she began her professional journey in 2001.
She enjoys sharing knowledge and insights as a speaker at national and international conferences, where she addresses topics such as payment services, financial technologies, artificial intelligence, crypto assets, AML/CTF, and corporate governance. Additionally, she contributes to academia as a lecturer in FinTech and digital finance law at the University of Luxembourg and regularly conducts training sessions for boards on topics related to corporate governance and financial regulations.
Her expertise extends to board-level positions, including in high level private and public organisations.
Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of working alongside national and international clients, assisting them with navigating regulatory frameworks and in obtaining regulatory approvals for their innovative financial services. She continues to drive progress by supporting innovation and helping businesses thrive at the intersection of law, finance, and technology.
