Nabin is the Founding and the Managing Partner of the firm. He is one
of the leading corporate lawyer in Nepal who has extensive experience in
the matter of corporate law and dispute resolution. Nabin completed his
Master's in International Business Law from the University of Brussels,
Belgium, and also has experience of the completion of short-term legal
courses from Switzerland and UK-based universities.
Nabin specialized in arbitration, cross-border transactions, project
finance, hydropower project development, foreign direct investment, and
intellectual property law. He has advised and represented a number of
national and international clients including multinational companies,
international institutions, banks and financial institutions, major
corporate houses of Nepal, diplomatic missions, INGOs, and
government bodies, and has also worked as the local counsel to
international law firms.
In addition, Nabin is also one of the leading lawyer in Nepal who have
in-depth understanding on arbitration and corporate litigation. He has
represented the high value litigation case before District Court, High
Court and Supreme Court of Nepal.

Worked as the counsel on arbitration cases mainly on infrastructure and construction projects.
Involved in drafting the “Country Risk Assessment Report for Hydropower Project Development in Nepal” for one of the world-renowned Chinese Hydropower Company.
Prepared report on “Private Equity Investment in Nepal” on behalf of the World Bank Group.
Advised and represented Singapore based company Genesis International for the compulsory liquidation of it’s local subsidiary company registered in Nepal.
Worked as the member of the law drafting committee for drafting various corporate law under the supervision of Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies of the Federal Government.
Drafted and negotiated Project Development Agreement at the Investment Board of Nepal on behalf of a foreign investment company manufacturing cement in Nepal.

Advised on market entry and investment structure for various foreign investment companies in Nepal.
Advised and represented Kansai Paints and Casio Japan on the trademark infringement disputes.
