Represents multinational and local companies before the Competition Commission of Pakistan, including merger control, prohibited agreements and investigations involving cartelisation, abuse of dominance and deceptive marketing.

Advises domestic and international banks, DFIs and sponsors on syndicated lending, project finance, refinancings and security structures, particularly in the energy, infrastructure, telecoms and real estate sectors.
