Career

Munir joined BSA in 2018 as a Partner and Head of Intellectual Property. He began his practice in the Middle East in 2006 and has worked on numerous scopes of commercial contracts, due diligence, drafting of contracts, ADR, corporate commercial, employment among other practice fields, with special focus on IP contentious and non-contentious works, including trademarks, trade names, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, domain names and others. He also works on commercialization and complex disputes of IP rights.

Munir handles major ADR cases involving negotiations and settlement mandates, as well as managing litigations locally, regionally and internationally. He represents a range of clients from various industry sectors, including media, FMCG, tobacco, industrial and pharmaceuticals.
