He also acts as an expert witness in issuing opinions, giving a deposition, witness statement, examinations & cross-examination before appellate tribunals in Singapore, Mauritius & U.K. on matters entailing law on withholding tax for offshore transactions, transfer pricing & arm’s length principle concerning arbitral disputes, the dispute before tax court & investment treaty-related disputes.
