Muhsin Keskin leads the Banking & Finance and Capital Markets practices and co-leads the Fintech practice at Esin Attorney Partnership, member firm of Baker & McKenzie International, a Swiss Verein as a senior partner.

He specializes in finance and capital markets laws in various areas, including financial services and regulatory, financial restructuring, NPLs, acquisition finance, project finance, loans and credit facilities, securitization, sustainable finance and structured finance, asset finance, Islamic finance, equity offerings, debt offerings, derivatives, investment funds, compliance, and corporate governance. He represents international and Turkish banks, sponsors, issuers and private equity funds in their transactions in Türkiye.

Muhsin Keskin graduated from Galatasaray University Faculty of Law and is fluent in English and French. He is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association, Beşiktaş Jimnastik Kulübü Association, the Istanbul Arbitration Center Financial Law Working Group and the Federation of Integrated Conflict Management-FICM. He is also a member of the audit committee of TÜYİD-Turkish Investor Relations Association and an associate member of the board of directors of TMA Turkey-Foyder and represents Esin Attorney Partnership at the Istanbul Japanese Association, TÜSİAD's Banking, Capital Markets, and Fintech Working Groups and YASED's Financial Services Working Group.
