Moulay is a Moroccan-qualified Attorney-at-Law and a member of the Casablanca Bar. He is the Managing Partner of KALYS Law Firm and has over 17 years of experience advising on complex corporate, regulatory, and transactional matters.

Prior to founding KALYS Law Firm, Moulay spent more than eight years at Hajji & Associés, followed by over five years at Naciri & Associés Allen & Overy, before leading Grant Thornton Legal for three years.

His practice focuses on corporate and M&A, regulatory and general business law, with recognized expertise in competition/antitrust, merger control, data protection, and intellectual property. He has a strong track record in handling merger control proceedings and advising on complex regulatory matters.

Moulay is a founding member and currently serves as Treasurer of the Moroccan Professional Association of Competition Lawyers (CMPDC). He is also a founding member of the Moroccan Professional Association of Data Protection Lawyers (APDND) and currently serves as President of its Data Commission.

He regularly advises domestic and international clients, including investors, industrial groups, and public entities, on cross-border and local transactions across North Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and Sub-Saharan Africa.

He has worked in the main following sectors: banking, insurance, finance, industry, mining, retail, services, transport, renewable energies, pharmaceuticals, real estate and construction.

He is fluent in Arabic, French and English.
