Career

Morgan Stark, Director and Head of Asia, Hong Kong

Based in Hong Kong, Morgan is S-RM’s Asia Pacific Head. He has management oversight for the Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia offices, and is ultimately responsible to our clients for the delivery of corporate intelligence and cyber security assignments throughout the region.

He joined S-RM in early 2019. He has undertaken due diligence research projects in all major jurisdictions, leading relationships with private equity groups, multinational banks, corporates, and law firms. Before joining S-RM, Morgan led the Stroz Friedberg due diligence and strategic research practice in Hong Kong, where he worked from 2012.

Morgan has a BA from the University of York, and an MA and PhD in Russian Philosophy from University College London. He speaks Russian, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
