After joining the Litigation & White-Collar Defense department at Allen & Overy in Brussels in 2015, Morgan later moved to the criminal defense department at Hirsch & Vanhaelst, where he became a partner in 2022. He founded Hirsch & Bonneure together with Michèle Hirsch in 2025.

Morgan advises and represents both Belgian and international clients, including corporations and high-ranking individuals (CEOs, directors, etc.), in cases involving economic and financial crimes.

His areas of expertise include public and private corruption, money laundering, serious tax and social fraud, cybercrime, environmental crimes, and abuse of corporate assets. He is frequently involved in complex, cross-border matters, with a practice that covers European and international criminal law, including international and European arrest warrants, immunity issues, and universal jurisdiction.

Morgan holds an LL.M. degree from the London School of Economics and is a teaching assistant in criminal law and criminal procedure at UCLouvain Saint-Louis Brussels, a Belgian university. He has authored several legal publications, including in the field of tax criminal law, and is a regular speaker at seminars and training programs.
