With more than 20 years' experience, she has been involved in international mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and compliance projects.
When it comes to the legal support of film production in Hungary, Mónika is the go-to lawyer. She has top-drawer portfolio of projects and clients in Hungary and beyond. She has been involved in international transactions covering the structuring and the financing of film productions and providing legal representation and advice in day-to-day production issues. Her clientele includes all major US film studios, several US and UK producers, international banks and film finance companies, as well as Hungarian film producers and production service companies. Mónika also focuses on IP issues, in particular on copyright matters.
Since 2009 Mónika is leading DLA Piper Hungary's CSR and Pro-bono activities with special focus on legal assistance in representing children's rights.
