Mohammed is licensed to appear before the Primary, Appeal and Supreme Courts in the Sultanate of Oman, local and international Arbitral Tribunals and he is a licensed arbitrator registered in the Omani Administrative, Civil and Commercial Courts.
He is registered as an arbitrator in in the GCC Commercial Arbitration Center. Mohammed advises on different types of cases, including employment, commercial agencies, commercial, construction, debt recovery, financing, insurance, shipping and air transport disputes.
He is extremely experienced in criminal, family, civil and administrative cases.
Mohammed advises on the incorporation and management of closed and public joint stock companies and limited liability companies. He manages ordinary and extraordinary general meetings.
Mohammed obtained his bachelor’s in law degree from the College of Law in Sultan Qaboos University in Muscat in 2003.
