Career

Mohamed Eldib is the Head of the Corporate and Commercial Department and the Anti-Counterfeiting Department at Eldib & Co. He advises on corporate and commercial matters, including company incorporation, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and legal due diligence. He also advises clients on shipping and customs matters, including regulatory compliance, import/export contracts, and dispute resolution. Mohamed regularly drafts and reviews commercial, agency, and distribution agreements and provides strategic advice to multinational clients on brand protection and anti-counterfeiting matters, demonstrating extensive expertise across corporate, commercial, Brand Protection, and shipping law.
