Work Highlights
Miriam operates a broad litigation practice. She frequently handles construction disputes intellectual property, insurance, tax disputes and disputes involving the administrative law application. Unfortunately, we are bound by the principle of professional confidentiality regarding most of her mandates. However, from his recent mandates, we can mention, e. g.: representation of several significant insurance disputes for UNIQA, or representation of the PPP Concessionaire Zero Bypass Limited established by Consortium of Cintra/Ferrovial, PORR and Macquarie in public procurement and the implementation of a biggest PPP Project in Slovakia involving construction of D4-R7 highway. Provides ongoing legal advice to SKANSKA SK, a major construction company, in relation to the construction of D1 highway sections Lietavská Lúčka – Dubná Skala including Višňové tunnel and related issues.
