Career
Mikael Moreira is a corporate and private equity partner at DLA Piper's Stockholm office. Mikael represents both private equity and venture capital houses with their transactions. Mikael has extensive cross boarder experience and has lead transactions in Sweden, the Nordics and across Europe involving several jurisdictions. He also represents a wide variety of emerging growth companies and global technology companies from for example internet, mobile, software, AI and cloud related industries with their formations, investments, equity raises, incentive plans and M&A/exits.
