Michelle Nelson

Michelle Nelson is an international arbitration specialist who advises on major construction, infrastructure and oil & gas disputes in the Middle East. She acts for a variety of employers, contractors, consultants and subcontractors and has advised on a wide range of projects including airports, process and power plants, roads, commercial and residential premises.

Michelle has more than 25 years of experience acting as counsel and representing clients in arbitration proceedings under various arbitration rules and seats, including the ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL, DIAC and ADCCAC seated in Paris, London, Geneva, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Oman.
