Michelle Nelson is an international arbitration specialist who advises on major construction, infrastructure and oil & gas disputes in the Middle East. Michelle has more than 25 years of experience acting as counsel and representing clients in arbitration proceedings under various arbitration rules and seats, including the ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL, DIAC and ADCCAC seated in Paris, London, Geneva, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Oman.
Michelle is a solicitor advocate and a DIFC Court practitioner. She also sits as an arbitrator in regional disputes, with appointments by both regional and international institutions. She handles complex and high-value claims, obtaining successful outcomes for her clients.
