Michaela specialises in all aspects of commercial property law including the acquisition, development and disposal of assets, construction matters, property management, commercial leasing and secured lending transactions.

Career

Michaela was educated at Queen’s University Belfast. She trained with a leading commercial practice in Belfast before joining Davidson McDonnell as a commercial property solicitor on qualification. She is qualified to practise in Northern Ireland and England & Wales, and regularly advises in both jurisdictions. Michaela is also recognised as a ‘rising star’ for commercial property in The Legal 500.
