Michael Wiisbye

Michael Wiisbye has 25 years of experience in insurance and tort law. He advises a number of Danish and foreign insurance companies and has conducted a large number of cases before the courts and arbitration tribunals, many of which have concerned the key principles of insurance and tort law. Among other main areas of practice is construction law, which is a field in which Michael Wiisbye conducts many court and arbitration cases for professional advisers. Furthermore, he works as an arbitrator, and Michael Wiisbye is also the author of a number of books and numerous articles.
