As a former high-ranking state and federal prosecutor, he is often asked by fellow lawyers to provide a second opinion or guidance on tactical and strategic decisions. His depth of experience, including as a former prosecutor, nineteen years as a law school white collar crime adjunct professor, federal and state trial lawyer, and years of experience as a successful defense attorney, form the basis of his strategic counsel and guidance to clients.
