Career

Mergers and Acquisitions

I represent both buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of businesses in a wide range of industries including health services, life sciences, and technology.

Private Equity

I handle all phases of a private equity firm's investment in a portfolio company including add-on acquisitions and exit transactions. Most recently, my focus has honed in on investments in physician practices, healthcare management companies, and dental services organizations, which requires a deep understanding of the healthcare laws and regulations that place restrictions on certain PE investments.

Hospital/Physician Integration

I work with many hospitals and private practices in their integration. These transactions involve complex legal and business issues as the parties attempt to adapt to changes in healthcare regulations and economics.
