Michael is a founding Partner and former head of the Employment team at Quigg Partners in Wellington who now acts as a Consultant. He specialises in all areas of employment law and workplace health and safety, and has over 35 years of experience in advising a broad range of clients.
Michael has been involved over the years in advising on and handling a number of cases dealing with all aspects of employment law and health and safety. Michael has a special interest in Board and CEO issues. Michael currently sits as a Member of the New Zealand Parole Board. Michael has previously held various Board appointments and for 10 years chaired the New Zealand Law Society Employment Law Committee.
