Professional Experience:
Chen Miaocai is a senior partner lawyer at Guangdong Huashang Law Firm. He also serves as an adjunct professor at the Lawyer College of South China Normal University, a guest professor at the Lawyer College of Guangdong Judicial Police Vocational College, and an external practice mentor for law postgraduate students at the Law School of Guangdong University of Finance and Economics. He is an arbitrator at the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration, Guangzhou Arbitration Commission, Huizhou Arbitration Commission, and Shantou Arbitration Commission. Additionally, he is a mediation expert at the Shenzhen Civil and Commercial Mediation Center, Vice Secretary-General of the Membership and Intern Affairs Committee of the All China Lawyers Association, a member of the Corporate Law Committee of the Guangdong Lawyers Association, Director of the Application for Lawyer Practice Management Committee of the Guangdong Lawyers Association, a member of the Jieyang Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), a People's Supervisor of the Guangdong Provincial People's Procuratorate, and a professional legal consultation expert at the Futian District Law Society. Publications
Chen Miaocai has been invited multiple times to provide training for law firm directors and young lawyers across China. He is a counselor and lecturer for the first advanced training class for young lawyers under Shenzhen's "Ten Years, A Thousand Talents" training program. He has participated in legislative discussions for the National People's Congress and the government. As early as 2004, he was entrusted by the Ministry of Justice and the Guangdong Provincial Department of Justice to serve as the primary drafter for the core section of the "Lawyer's Business, Rights, and Obligations" in the Lawyers Law of the People's Republic of China. In 2008, as a member of the Shenzhen Municipal People's Congress Legislative Advisory Group, he participated in the legislative research project for the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Radio Management Regulations (Draft).
