Meredith Werner has represented insurers in connection with thousands of securities class actions, derivative actions, merger lawsuits, and ERISA stock drop suits. She has deep experience assessing and resolving shareholder litigation on behalf of D&O insurers. Meredith frequently represents insurers in the mediation of their highest profile and most significant matters.
