Mel is a partner with Coppersmith Brockelman, PLC in Phoenix, Arizona. She has a nationwide data privacy, security, access, and interoperability practice. She regularly speaks in local and national forums on these topics and has been active in state and federal policy-making on data privacy and HIN/HIE issues.
