Melinda Stege Arsouze, a member of the Banking & Finance business line, is a US law partner specialising in capital markets.
She works closely with Gide's Capital Markets teams around the world, with extensive experience of transactions in Europe, as well as within EMEA, particularly in Turkey, North Africa and Asia.
Melinda regularly advises financial institutions and French companies on their debt issuance and liability management transactions. In particular, she has extensive experience of debt issuance by major French groups with US 144A offerings.
Prior to joining Gide's Capital Markets team, Melinda worked in the International Capital Markets team of a leading New York law firm.
