Melanie excels at litigating precedent-setting cases (including arguing before the Supreme Court of Canada). She acted on the first biologic and first biosimilar drug patent cases in Canada. Melanie regularly represents life sciences companies on complex litigation and regulatory issues and has extensive experience leading actions under the PM(NOC) Regulations.
