Case‑Handling Strategies and Skills for Marriage and Family Cases (2nd Edition) and Questions & Answers on Marriage, Family and Inheritance under the Civil Code were published by China Legal Publishing House in 2023 and 2025 respectively.

1.Represented the female petitioner in her‑first divorce litigation. When the husband insisted on joint child custody, we secured sole custody for our client via court‑led mediation.

3.Represented a minor in child‑support proceedings. Despite the father’s claim of zero disposable income to afford substantial payments, we negotiated a monthly child‑support award of nearly RMB 10,000 through mediation.

4.Assisted the female applicant with a personal‑safety protection order, which was granted by the court even after the respondent failed to appear for the hearing.

5.Where the wife had an extramarital affair, we acted for the husband filing for divorce and secured a larger‑than‑statutory share of marital‑joint assets via mediation.

6.Helped the client obtain a personal‑safety protection order, and facilitated a mediated divorce settlement while the restraining order remained valid.

7.Represented the wife in a divorce action against her big‑tech‑enterprise husband, who had engaged in repeated solicitation‑of‑prostitution offences during his overseas work assignment. Mediation yielded an advantageous property division in the client’s favour.

8.Handled inheritance‑dispute proceedings for elderly clients, enabling them to settle assets left by their deceased spouse and prevent protracted litigation among children.

9.Tackled a multi‑million‑yuan expropriation‑related equity inheritance dispute. One child had taken control of the living mother’s property and restricted her personal freedom. We recovered the inherited assets for the other siblings and rescued the elderly mother from property seizure.
