Megan is a strategic communications expert focused on crisis and risk management communication, litigation public relations, and corporate affairs. Her practice encompasses a wide range of industries and issues, with clients routinely calling on Megan to provide game-changing strategy, counsel and results. She has successfully supported clients in matters that involve activist threats, business disputes, change management initiatives, construction litigation, criminal financial misconduct, data breaches, defamation, employment discrimination, executive succession planning, government investigations, intellectual property theft, labor disputes, mass torts, premises liability, products liability, tax controversy and other sensitive issues. Megan also bears unique expertise at the United States Supreme Court, where she has effectively advocated in the public domain for petitioners, respondents and amici.
Career
Megan began her career in corporate communications at MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas, Nev. There, she specialized in international and broadcast media relations. Megan was a core member of the team that opened CityCenter, which was the largest privately funded real estate development in U.S. history at the time. She went on to serve in marketing and communications leadership roles with The Ritz-Carlton and Hyatt Hotels & Resorts before becoming a consultant. Megan built award-winning public relations and crisis communications practices at two firms before founding Paquin Public Relations in 2022.

Personal
Megan is a Ph.D. candidate in business psychology at The Chicago School, where she earned her master's degree in behavioral economics. She received her bachelor's degree in organizational communication with an undergraduate certificate in nonprofit organization management from the University of Central Florida (UCF). Megan teaches public relations as an adjunct instructor for UCF's Nicholson School of Communication Media.
With a passion for community service, Megan proudly serves on the board of directors for The Finley Project and PACE Center for Girls. She is also a member of the American Heart Association's Circle of Red. Megan and her husband Benjamin live in Orlando, Fla. with their two daughters.
