Megan brings deep expertise in decision-making, behavioral economics, and organizational psychology, helping clients understand how stakeholders perceive risk, process information, and make decisions during moments of uncertainty. This interdisciplinary approach gives clients a strategic edge in navigating crises, influencing outcomes, and building long-term trust with key audiences.

With nearly two decades of experience both in-house and as a consultant, Megan has advised organizations and leadership teams through reputational challenges, government investigations, sensitive litigation, change management initiatives, activist threats, labor disputes, executive transitions, and other critical business issues. Prior to founding Paquin Public Relations in 2022, she built and led award-winning public relations and crisis communications practices while advising some of the world’s most respected brands and influential leaders.

Megan began her career in corporate communications at MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas, where she specialized in international and broadcast media relations and served on the team that launched CityCenter, then the largest privately funded real estate development in U.S. history. She later held communications and marketing leadership roles with globally recognized organizations before transitioning into consulting and agency leadership.

In addition to her professional practice, Megan teaches strategic communications at Rollins College. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Psychology, a master’s degree in Behavioral Economics, and a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication.
