Maximiliano is an Expert Counsel in the Tax Department of Bruchou & Funes de Rioja, with a specialization in Tax Law and Tax Planning. He has developed his entire professional career at the firm.

He has extensive experience advising both local and international corporate clients on a wide range of tax matters, including complex transactions, corporate reorganizations, banking and capital markets operations, as well as the design and implementation of tax planning strategies at both the domestic and international levels.

His practice also includes tax and legal advice to mutual funds, and the structuring of investment vehicles for real estate, private banking, and other industry-related projects, both in Argentina and abroad. In addition, he specializes in private wealth planning for individuals and families, including estate planning, asset structuring, and the protection of family wealth at the local and international levels.

Maximiliano has been a speaker at seminars organized by Asociación Argentina de Estudios Fiscales (Argentine Association of Tax Studies) and Consejo Profesional de Ciencias Económicas (Professional Council of Economic Sciences), and he is a co-author of specialized tax articles published in Argentina and abroad.
