Max Ng

Max is the Managing Director of Gateway Law Corporation and Gateway Intellectual Property Services. His practice includes providing strategic advice and counselling on issues around trade mark, copyright, patent and other intellectual property matters. He is also well versed on issues relating to franchising, licensing, fintech, cryptocurrencies and tokens, cybersecurity and data protection.

Max is also an Arbitrator and Mediator. He is a fellow with the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators and the Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution, and sits on the IP Panel of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre and the Asian International Arbitration Centre. Max is also an accredited mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre, an associate mediator under the Singapore Law Society Mediation Scheme and sat on the Panel of Trademark Mediators (formerly the Panel of Neutrals) of the International Trademark Association.
