Max Morgan specializes in maritime transportation, with experience in collisions, spillages, cargo claims, arrest of vessels, crisis management, maritime insurance and related conflict resolution. He is also well experienced in non-marine insurance and reinsurance as well as commercial, maritime and insurance litigation. He is the leader of the transportation and insurance litigation department. He has advised and defended in arbitration and ordinary courts several companies, shipping lines, P&I clubs, underwriters and reinsurers in cases of relevance in the last years.
