Max Mendelsohn, widely renowned as a pragmatic deal-maker, advises commercial enterprises and acts as a mediator and arbitrator in commercial disputes and shareholder disengagements. He is a member of the Insolvency and Restructuring Group in Montreal, and has served on the Boards of public and private corporations. Fellow of the Insolvency Institute and member of the International Insolvency Institute.
