Matthew R. Clark

Matt litigates complex corporate, commercial and trust disputes before the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Superior Court.

He regularly represents corporate and individual clients in corporate and business litigation involving corporate governance, contests for board control, demands for appraisal or similar valuation, demands for books and records, requests for dissolution and receiverships, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, and a broad variety of other issues.

Matt also focuses on fiduciary litigation. He represents trustees, executors, and beneficiaries in all types of trusts and estates disputes. His experience includes cases concerning breach of fiduciary duties, construction and interpretation of trusts and wills, international estate recognition, trustee compensation, directed trusts, and undue influence.
